He graduated from Sackler School of Medicine in 1983 with fellowships completed from Presbyterian Medical Center in 1988 and Foster G. McGaw/Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1989. He is a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist\Cardiovascular Disease\Nuclear Cardiology\Internal Medicine.

Dr. Noveck specializes in Interventional Cardiology where he performs and reads studies such as Nuclear Stress Test and his specialty surgical procedures include Catheterization, Cardioversions, PCI, Peripheral Angio and Rotablator.

Aaron Feingold, MD.

Dr. Aaron J. Feingold, M.D. is the founder and most senior member of The Raritan Bay Cardiology Group, P.A . Dr. Feingold is the long-time Chief of Cardiology at Hackensack Meridian JFK University Medical Center, Edison, NJ. He trained at The Chicago Medical School and did his internal medicine training at New York Medical College - Metropolitan Hospital and a Cardiology Fellowship at New York University Medical Center, New York.

The Cardiac Catheterization Lab and the Non-invasive diagnostic labs at JFK University Medical Center are named in his honor. Dr. Feingold has been awarded a listing in The Guide to America's Top Cardiologists, Patient's Best Choice Award and New Jersey Magazine's Best Doctors of New Jersey.

Dr. Feingold is Board Certified in Internal medicine and Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He was born and raised in New Jersey and chose to return to New Jersey and practice there his entire career. Dr. Feingold is an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Dr. Feingold is an author of several books and articles that deal with medical ethics.

Stan Wasilewski, MD

Dr. Stan Wasilewski was born in Jersey City and grew up in Carteret, NJ. He attended St. Joseph High School in Metuchen. He graduated from Georgetown University, with a degree in Chemistry. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at St. Luke's Hospital (now Mount Sinai Morningside) in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident for one year. He did a Cardiology Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Snyder graduated from Stony Brook State University of New York in 1995. He then became a resident of internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital until 2001. Later on that year, The Board of Internal Medicine certified him as a diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease. He went on to obtain additional qualifications in Interventional Cardiology. He also attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in order to grow his field of expertise. He ranked amongst the top 10 percent on the American Board of Internal Medicine Exam and is passionate about his work ethic.

We are excited to welcome Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologist, Mariam Wassef, DO, to RBCGPA! Dr. Wassef earned her medical degree from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford. She then completed a residency at New Jersey Medical School University Hospital in Newark, followed by fellowships at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark.

Malika DeSilva, MD

Dr. DeSilva is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has 20 yrs experience in primary care. She graduated from St. Georges School of Medicine, in Grenada, West Indies. Subsequently received her Residency training at UMDNJ Family practice program.

Dr. DeSilva  has extensive experience in Urgent care , GYN care and Geriatric care, as a family practitioner, she provides a complete evaluation and treatment with the emphasis on the "whole patient" concept. She is passionate about the care she provides to her patients in an environment where there is mutual understanding. Dr. DeSilva considers an "informed patient" is her best asset to providing individualized care.

Dr. DeSilva also treats Chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Hyperlipidemia and Arthritis along with a whole host of other chronic conditions.
